Overview
Dar Assalam cooks twelve dishes across three courses, four floors above the medina, with the Koutoubia in view from every table. There was no single place where a guest could see the room, understand the menu and ask for a table.
Shipped in three weeks, the site opens on the terrace at dusk, tells the story from morning market to last lantern, and lets guests browse starters, mains and desserts, pick dishes for their table and send a booking request that really arrives. It reads in English and French, clearly on a phone held outside the door and on a desktop at home.
01
Designed for the evening
The page follows the light. Afternoon bread, first lantern at 18:55, last table at 23:00. Guests see when to come and what the roof feels like at that hour, with hours and address always one scroll away.
02
Twelve dishes, easy to choose
Starters, mains and desserts sit in three short groups with prices in MAD. Each dish has one photo and one line, so a visitor can pick lunch or dinner in a single pass and add choices straight to the booking request.
03
From browsing to a requested table
Name, date, time and party size are chosen in one form beside a photo of the parapet at night. Guests get a clear confirmation, the restaurant gets the details with any notes, and large parties are guided to call.
